Similar to the commenter above, I’m bummed at some of the medical disinformation on here (even as it is well meaning). There are no real game-changing treatments for Alzheimers and it is absolutely not ‘semi-reversible’. I would caution anyone thinking of ‘self ordering’ blood tests for a serious illness to talk through it with a medical professional to get the right test and the right interpretation. There are a lot of quacks and shady businesses out there ready to take your money for unapproved blood tests. People slam ‘big pharma’ but ‘big wellness’ is making just as much money of people.

I hadn’t had my period in a bit, but then I did in December with my daughter, so in January when she started her period, I checked my breasts to see if they were tender, which would mean I would be getting my period. Instead, I felt a lump, and there started all the things cancer this year (sadly, triple negative). So keep feeling your bodies, y’all, especially during this time. Know what little and big whispers are being communicated.
